Please anticipate a processing time of 1-7 business days for your order. Orders processed after 3 PM CST will be considered as next business day orders. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3 PM CST will resume processing on the following business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information of Mielle

Mielle Organics LLC cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers, instances where customers were unavailable for delivery, or if packages exceeded the maximum hold time at a pick-up location. Customers will bear the cost of redelivery in such cases. Mielle is not liable for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping information provided by customers, and no refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses.

Once an order is submitted, no edits or cancellations can be accommodated. Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for orders confirmed as delivered to the specified address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mielle Organics LLC assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages with confirmed deliveries to the specified address. Upon inquiry, Mielle Organics LLC will provide confirmation of delivery, including date, tracking details, and shipping carrier information, for customers to investigate.

Damaged or Missing Products: Inspect packages promptly upon arrival as items may shift in transit or exhibit wear and tear due to carrier handling. If any item arrives damaged, please submit a ticket with accompanying photos and relevant information to support your claim for assistance.

Customers, retailers, and distributors are advised of this issue, with Mielle actively working to address it. Mielle will not honor exchanges or refunds for products sold by unauthorized retailers on Amazon® or eBay®. Customers are cautioned against purchasing from unauthorized resellers as products may be tampered with or mishandled.

Mielle Organics reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date. Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 10 days, accompanied by photo evidence for proper resolution.
